I recently had my car break down and needed it towed to my mechanic who couldn't get to it for a few days. I contacted Abyss a couple days in advance letting then know I would need their towing services. When the day for the tow arrived, Abyss called first thing in the morning to reconfirm the p/u and delivery address and to advise me where to leave the keys. I left for work and when I returned, they had taken care of everything, including billing my insurance company. Everything was easy, convenient and trouble-free. It's Friday night after work, getting ready to go out of town and my car won't start. I called Abyss and regardless of the fact I work off of one of the busiest roads in Treasure Valley, it's the middle of 5 o'clock rush hour they didn't make me wait. Just a quick note here to thank Abyss Towing for such great service. I left my home to leave for an appointment only to discover my can had been left over night with the car door wide open on the passenger side which required a jump. I was surprised by the quick service. My towing technician was friendly, professional and very personable. I have never ridden with one in the past, however had I needed to, I would have felt comfortable doing so with your driver. I appreciated his care of my car during the process of loading the car on the truck and I will definitely use Abyss Towing in the future.
