Today they rescued my daughter and me from the side of the freeway and worked with our very difficult electric car. All in cold weather. They showed persistence, ingenuity, kindness and figured it out! The Tesla car manufacturers help line couldn’t help us anymore and was going to call a technician in from another state. But Jason got it figured out because he kept on trying new approaches. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” - Naomi Overton
