I recently had my car break down and needed it towed to my mechanic who couldn't get to it for a few days. I contacted Abyss a couple days in advance letting then know I would need their towing services. When the day for the tow arrived, Abyss called first thing in the morning to reconfirm the p/u and delivery address and to advise me where to leave the keys. I left for work and when I returned, they had taken care of everything, including billing my insurance company. Everything was easy, convenient and trouble-free.
